We are looking for a vibrant and driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. If you have a proven track record of managing accounts, creating new business and a passion for the Sports and Lifestyle industry, then this is the role for you!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to strategically plan and position our company in the global market, searching for new sales regions and driving sales to new heights. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a group of accounts with the focus on building long-lasting relationships with customers worldwide. You will be expected to be on the search for new business opportunities and have the freedom to oversee the entire sales process.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Medior Account Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around maintaining and expanding relationships with some of our global clients. You will:

  • Be the main point of contact for key accounts in the Sport and Lifestyle sector;
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the market and product assortment;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs;
  • Collaborate as a team to identify and grow opportunities globally;
  • Offer exceptional customer service, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty

What We're Looking for in You

  • You possess a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or related field;
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in an Account Management, Business Development, or similar role;
  • An excellent understanding of sales metrics and KPI’s;
  • Fluency in English is essential;
  • You live in The Netherlands;
  • You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both internally and externally;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
  • Self-driven, dedicated, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment;
  • You enjoy travelling to meet clients and foster relationships
